The Story

From the rainforests of southern China to tropical Asia, these admirable begonia sport asymmetrical rounded, pale green leaves with a lobed, maroon center. Makes a nice house plant, or in outdoor cultivation is is best suited to warm temperate and tropical places as a ground cover under established trees.

Rare and limited supply.

Seed size: These Begonia seeds are EXTREMELY tiny, and VERY hard to see! We place the tiny seeds in a wax envelope for easier finding, though they will barely look like tiny dots in the envelope. We have had concerns from customers that the seeds cannot be seen as they are so tiny. Please know we are double checking each seed pack before it goes out, to ensure they are there. Please note if you wish to purchase these we cannot guarantee they will be visible, and we are unable to resend more, even if they can't be seen. We greatly apologize for this inconvenience, though it is the only way we can offer them.

Type: Perennial, though often grown as an annual in colder climates.

Hardiness zones: 10-11

Height: 45cm, 18"

Location: Shade

Seeds per packet: 20
