The Story
Drosera tokaiensis is a natural hybrid between Drosera spatulata and Drosera rotundifolia.
This plant does not need a dormant period, however if subjected to low temperatures, it may trigger a dormant period. It prefers warm tropical conditions, ideal for the beginner sundew grower. Drosera tokaiensis is exceptionally fast growing and can flower at only 4 months old. It is easy to grow from seed. Under bright light it will develop a beautiful red coloration.
